At Business Clarity Coaching Co., we stand behind the value of the programs, digital products, and services we offer. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us.
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through our website or company.
By purchasing a product, service, subscription, or event ticket from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not complete your purchase.
Section 3: Special Offers, Promotions, and Coupons
Special offers, discounts, and coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise. Offers are valid only while supplies last and within the timeframe listed. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. If your account is overdue or not in good standing, you may not be eligible for promotional offers, bonuses, or discounts.
Section 4: Merchandise and Apparel Purchases
If we offer physical merchandise or apparel (such as planners, templates, or workbooks), please note:
Most orders are fulfilled by third-party vendors.
We cannot refund or exchange items due to incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or unclaimed shipments.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Claims for defective or damaged items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
Section 5: Digital Products and Downloadable Content
All sales of digital products are final. This includes downloadable templates, online training programs, courses, and digital resources. There are no refunds for digital purchases once delivered or accessed. Sharing, copying, reproducing, or reselling our digital products is strictly prohibited. Subscription cancellations are effective for future billing cycles only — no refunds for past payments. If you have technical issues accessing digital content, please contact support@loveyourbiz.net immediately.
Section 6: Live Event Purchases
If you purchase a ticket to a live event hosted by Business Clarity Coaching Co., please be aware:
All event ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Tickets are non-transferable unless specifically stated otherwise.
If you are unable to attend an event, you may request store credit for the amount paid at least 15 days prior to the event start date.
Tickets obtained as part of a bundled offer, promotional bonus, or free gift are not eligible for credit, refund, or transfer.
Any credit requests must be submitted in writing to support@loveyourbiz.net.
Additional Live Event Terms:
Processing fees associated with ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Hotel accommodations (if included) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Full payment for ticketed events including hotel packages must be received at least 30 days before the event start date to avoid forfeiture.
Failure to reserve your seat after ticket purchase may result in forfeiture of your ticket with only store credit (minus processing fees) available.
Conduct at Events:
We reserve the right to deny entry or eject participants for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior without a refund.
Attendees consent to security checks and compliance with venue rules, including prohibitions on weapons, drugs, and prohibited items.
By attending an event, you grant Business Clarity Coaching Co. permission to use your image, voice, and likeness in photographs, videos, and other recordings taken during the event, for promotional and marketing purposes.
Section 7: Payment Plans
If you purchase a product or service under a payment plan, you are responsible for 100% of the agreed-upon payment total. Failure to complete payment may result in immediate cancellation of access to the product, service, or event. Payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable. For live events, payment plans must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event date to confirm attendance.
Section 8: Bonus Guarantee on Deals, Products, and Services
If you purchase a product, service, or event ticket and we later offer a bonus or free gift with that item, you are entitled to receive the bonus or gift while supplies last, or within 90 days of your original purchase — whichever comes first.
Section 9: Returning Items That Included a Bonus or Gift
If you return a product that originally included a bonus or free gift, you must return the bonus or gift in new condition to receive a full refund or store credit. If you choose to keep the bonus item, the retail value of the bonus will be deducted from your refund or credit.
Section 10: Third-Party Vendors and Affiliate Offers
We may occasionally allow third-party vendors or affiliates to promote their products or services through our platform or at our events. Any purchases made directly from third parties are subject to that vendor’s terms and policies. Business Clarity Coaching Co. is not responsible for exchanges, refunds, credits, or customer service related to third-party products or services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. The current version will always be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.

No oral modifications to these terms are permitted.
